This website is run by Rose Lewis. I want as many people as possible to be able to use it, and I’ve designed and built it with accessibility in mind. For example, you should be able to:
- navigate the site using just a keyboard
- navigate the site using speech recognition software
- listen to the site using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver)
- zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen
- adjust colours, contrast levels and fonts using your own browser or device settings
I’ve also made the website text as clear and simple as possible.
I’m now looking to specialise fully in accessibility, working closely with product teams to improve inclusion in a practical, collaborative way. I can support designers to create accessible UI and design systems, help developers test and resolve accessibility issues, and work with PMs and QA to plan accessibility into sprints and definitions of done.
How accessible this website is
I believe the site meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 AA
standards, but there may be areas where I can improve. I’m committed to addressing any issues that are identified.
