This 0–1 housing non-profit product was predominantly designed for users aged 50 and over, many of whom were less confident with digital services. Accessibility was therefore a core focus. Drawing on my experience and referencing the Government Design System (GDS), I designed a clear, intuitive interface that prioritised legibility, clarity, and ease of use—ensuring all components met WCAG 2.1 AA standards, including appropriate contrast and scalable text.
As the sole designer on the project, I was responsible for the full end-to-end design process, from discovery and content mapping to user flows, responsive wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and a modular design system to support future growth. I also created the visual identity for the product, including the logo and brand design.
